Refund policy

At Les Amis Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue refunds. We only offer exchanges for size adjustments.

Exchange Policy

You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, please contact us at support@lesamisboutique.com. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Sin el Fil Boulevard, 4934 Les Amis Building, Beirut, Lebanon.

Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Ensure your exchange request is made within 10 days of receiving your item. Shipping fees for exchanges are to be paid by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you believe you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Please note that we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
